You will need to drill a hole in the bezel of your handle for the included low profile camera to pass through. The hole saw is included and it is a very simple process that doesn't even require the bezel to be removed from the vehicle.

Great cam but not perfect

The camera was supposed to fit my 2009 Chevy Express 1500 van with a standard 135 inch wheel base. However the wire going from the camera to the radio in the dash was too short no matter which way I ran it. I ended up pulling up the rubber mat in the cargo area so I could run it in a straight line which is the shortest but still had to but a 6 foot rca video cable to reach the radio. When I added the aftermarket rca cable I also lost the parking lines. So I do have video but not 100% what I expected for the price.
